Tattoos are very popular these days and I know from my own family experience that the youth as well as settled adults are looking around and discussing what kind of tattoo they could apply somewhere to their body. Tattoos have become fashionable and widely accepted nowadays, but there are so many questions to be answered and it becomes often difficult to take the right decisions when it’s the first tattoo. This article should help you to find the perfect tattoo.

But to choose the right design is a very difficult and probably one of the most important decisions you need to take in your life. At least if it’s your first application and you are not so sure where to go and what kind of design to choose.

I want to share these very interesting articles which I recently found…

Living a frugal lifestyle can take a lot of time. If you’re baking your own bread, making your own biscuits, and slowly simmering homemade spaghetti sauce, you know how much time that all can consume. Are there times when shortcuts are good, and can even still be frugal? Click on the link here to read a very informativ e article that will get you thinking a little differently about some of those convenience foods we usually try to avoid, but maybe shouldn’t:
http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/goodbuyconveniencefoods.htm

And, speaking of convenience foods, having a supply of black beans on hand can really get you out of the kitchen super fast. They’re easy to use, are versatile, and good for you. If you have never cooked with black beans, you’ll want to see just how many ways there are to serve these delicious, nutritious beans. If you’ve served black beans quite a bit and are running out of ideas, you’ll want to click on the link below also:
http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/cheap-black-beans.htm

Dried herbs may be considered another “convenience food” since they take no cleaning or chopping to use. But the price of herbs in the store can be shocking. If you have your own little herb garden, you can turn those fresh herbs into dried herbs with a few easy techniques. Why not preserve your very own herbs and save money. Plus, you know they’re handled properly when you do the handling! Click on below to see how you can easily create your own dried herbs:
http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/affordable-herbs.htm

Let’s stay on the subject of convenience foods for just one more minute. We seem to go through a lot of drinks during the summer months. How expensive is it in your house to keep the refrigerator full of refreshing beverages? There are a few tips I’d like to share with you here. Just click on the link below:
http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/beveragebargai ns.htm

How are the watermelons in your region? Ours are splendid this year. Besides just slicing and eating them, we’ve been making all sorts of recipes. One of our favorites is this watermelon drink. Click on the link below and enjoy this refreshing, and healthy beverage:
http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/how-to-make-a-watermelon-smoothie.htm

Our friends at the HBHW Club have been enjoying lots of summertime fun recipes, like smoothies, salads, and grilling recipes. We have built up an inventory of well over 400 recipes so far. Along with the recipes, they also provide Club members FREE resources on everything from making money at home to gardening ideas to getting out of debt. And there is a special offer: Join the HBHW CLUB today for only $10 and enjoy all the Club has to of fer. Click here and check out all their special offers.

This Is Your Fast Track To A Successful Online Business

May I ask you two questions?

1) Are you too on the look out to escape the rat race of a day to day job?

2) Would you like to be your own boss, do what you like and earn enough
money to tell your boss “good bye” as soon as possible?

But beware! The next hyped up must have new product release will probably not get you closer to your dream. After you have spent your money, you will almost for sure be left alone with your problems again.

It’s true and a hard fact, however:

You, and only you, are responsible for your circumstances in live. You have the power to choose success or failure.

Nothing or no-one else can stop you from achieving your dream – except you! And one of the best thing you can do for yourself is invest in YOU!

For this self investment, I highly recommend you the newly released, very affordable Crush Your Job report where Stuart Stirling and James Brown have gone about helping folks like you who are ready to take their life back by taking a decision and get started right now.

This report is jam packed and full with all (and I mean ALL) you will ever need to know to finally give up your day job in a very short time! Inside you will find much more than just a couple of wiry tactics.

You get the hard facts and a step-by-step model you can follow to make more money online than you could have ever imagined…

Do you want to hear a really bold statement?

The information contained in this report flat out destroys anything else you have ever read before about online success, internet marketing and getting an online biz to profit from scratch.

It is really that good! And for a limited time, you can get your copy of Crush Your Job at a fraction of what it’s really worth. So the real question is: do you want to keep working your 9-5 job or do you want to crush it with this extremely affordable guide?

Take a decision today – If not, maybe it’s too late tomorrow! I did it and I’m well on my way…

Remember: this to the fact report will crush the living daylights out of
anything else you’ve ever read before. Just see for yourself…

And why not join my Educational Newsletter, just to round up everything?

Free WEBINAR tonight, a PERFECT online business never heard about…

This is a kind of Plain Advertisement and, YES, I am convinced that this free Webinar which takes place tonight, February 25, 2010 is so important. It’s all about how to grow your online business substantially. I just want to let you know about it.

So, if you want to know the fastest way to start using the Internet to bring in money…

without needing a website

without needing a product

without needing a list

while working from home in your spare time

and you only need a couple customers to make a full-time, 5-figure income.

Then this FREE WEBINAR taking place TONIGHT is perfect for you.

It shows you how to do simple online marketing for local businesses…, which very well may be one of the most lucrative (and simple) businesses you can start online. You will learn and discover…

…How to get clients (and start making income) in your first month without having to sell.

…How to get paid $1,000 to $5,000 a month per client doing SIMPLE online marketing (The ULTIMATE Continuity Program)

…The 4-types of local businesses — which ones to avoid like the plague and which ones are GOLDEN.

…How to QUICKLY turn your clients into the DOMINATE company in their local market online, making them
LOTS of money (meaning they pay you lots of money too.)

…How ONE letter can TRIPLE your client’s results.

…How a couple small tweaks turns their “useless” website into a lead generating money machine.

…Plus plenty of Real Life Examples and Case Studies

Reserve your spot on this webinar while there is still time right here.

But does this REALLY work?

Several months ago they taught this to a small beta test group, and most of them had NEVER done anything online.

Within the first 3 weeks, 41 people already had 1 or more clients.

People were making $1,500 their first month, another $2,400 a month, one guy made $4,000 in his first few weeks.

Obviously this works. And I’m guessing you would like to get FAST results like that too.

If yes, go to this page today and tune into this week’s webinar…

Create Your Massive Income With Easy Videos

This is a brand new release and it’s called “Easy Video Player”. This great software allows you to place just any kind of videos on your website or blog. As it was quite a hassle to upload videos in the past, with all the techie stuff, this gap is now perfectly closed with this new and easy to use “all in one” Easy Video Player Software.

The old days of Video Marketing are dead, now it’s so easy for you to use video marketing and succeed!

This Easy Video Software could be the beginning of Video Marketing 2.0 or even Web Marketing 3.0…

And this are the benefits of this superb software:

You alone decide what it will do for you, using the great array of features provided.

No more confusing coding. You really can get a video to any kind of website in almost under a minute of time.

Convinced?

Then grab your copy now and be well ahead of the crowd!

You will gain immediate access to the product via digital download and can start to take your business to the next level…

Look at all these positive benefits and features again:

Instantly and automatically send your video viewers to any website, shopping card of affiliate promotion after your video stops playing. No need to prompt your prospect to “click the link below” anymore. EVP makes it easier than ever for your customers to buy from you!

Explode sales and increase profits by embedding “buy now” buttons directly into your videos! Your call-to-action no longer requires your visitors to complete fifty steps.. Finally capitalize on psychology by enticing your visitor when they’re most likely to make a purchase.

Quickly and easily capture e-mail addresses and generate leads, by adding opt-in forms inside your videos. Your viral video is now a self-contained squeeze page dedicated to turbo-charging your list building for lightning-fast profits!

Easily create and protect “member only” videos with a few clicks of the mouse. Imagine thousands of dollars in lost revenue you can now avoid completely by ensuring only paid customers can gain access to exclusive content…

Publish your videos on ANY website within seconds. With just a couple of easy steps (copy and paste) you can quickly get your videos online without ever having to worry about them not working properly. Saving you time and money.

Use the quality servers at Amazon S3 to quickly and securely host your videos for pennies! It previously cost excessive monthly fees and was virtually impossible to use Amazon to embed videos because your viewers were left waiting. Not any more!

Yes, that’s all fine, but are there any negative points?

Yes and no, it just depends on your will to get to market your products and offers the best way possible and second, on the price tag, which I personally find still very modest in caomparison to waht you get and the potential of the future income explosion you will see.

However, if you are on a low budget, then this is maybe a little too early to invest. But you do not have to starve and give up. Never do this!

You can download my free Income Traffic Explosion Ebook to kick off your Web 2.0 traffic storm and income first. The Ebook is FREE and so are all the tools and step-by-step tactics documented on over 100 pages. Do not hesitate a minute, download it here!

After you have earned a small but steady monthly Web 2.0 income – let’s say $ 75 to $ 150 at the first stage – you can invest this or part of it into the next tool which in my opinion clearly is the Easy Video Player Software.

Maybe you cannot see all the beenefits right now and thing uploading video agains a payment of over $ 100 is not the deal?

Well, have again a look at how online videos can help to benefit your business manyfold. First there is the Viral Power which online videos trigger. Imagine: YouTube alone receives millions of visitors every day and they do watch probably 2-3 videos. So this is definitively a prime selling point.

The viral power begins, when people like the video and start sending the link to their friends, tweet it of put it on other social websites. This is the point where you virtually can no more stop your free traffic, leading to much higher conversion and sales of your promoted product.

If you create the videos yourself (and you should do this!), just be natural, honest and provide some good information or solutions. Become passionate about it, love what you do, and success is not far anymore. Using video definitively allows you to gain instant credibility by setting yourself aside from everyone else.

There are a ton of video platforms out there nowadays but very often they are too complicated and you need to do too much techie stuff yourself. Result: frustration and a lot of lost hours you probably could have spent much better…

So my conclusion is that Easy Video Player really is the only video player created from scratch with internet marketers in mind, it’s just a real deal.

Josh Bartlet has invested eight months of hard work and tens of thousands of dollars of his own money to ensure that Easy Video Player becomes the best video software available on the market.

If you own Easy Video Player (one time investment, lifetime updates) you can easily install your videos on your website, host them for pennies on Amazon S3 servers and monitor tracking statistics – saving you time and money. No more hassles! You can now instantly persuade your customers to take action by inserting PayPal buttons and Aweber opt-in forms into your videos!

A recent market research by the procucer showed already phenomenal results. In just over a few weeks Easy Video Player had done over $20K in sales and went on to receive any number of positive testimonials from well known marketers.

Now there is one small thing to clarify: are you willing to take action?

Be it the slow path with first earning your income to spend for Easy Video Player or the fast track, acting right now, don’t worry. Josh offers a 100% money back guarantee, he takes all the risk on himself, and if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can bail out and receive your money refunded – no questions asked!

Start to make 2010 your best year and live your dreams as you will increase profits from your online business.

Sorry to be a little bit “salesy”, but I am really so convinced of this Easy Video Player Software product that I wanted you to know about it fast.

Please feel free to comment and share your opinion. Thanks.

Take everything you hear about sugar with a grain of salt. It’s probably not as bad as a lot of people think, but it might be more damaging than most people realize.

Those of us who blithely munch on muffins at breakfast and Pop-Tarts at lunch don’t seem to pay much heed to refined sugar and its many vehicles, including non-sweets such as peanut butter and bread.

Those of us who have read William Dufty’s “Sugar Blues” – or any number of other anti-sugar rants – avoid it like the plague, which was caused by sugar, according to Dufty. If the mayonnaise in our cole slaw contains high-fructose corn syrup, we fear the imminent onset of gout, acne, dropsy, scurvy, depression and premature death. Which is silly, because sugar has only been linked to acne, dropsy, scurvy, depression and premature death.

If only it was that easy to indict, or acquit, sugar. According to most experts, it has only one direct negative effect that has been reliably documented: tooth decay. But even at its most benign, refined sugar is the only food that provides calories but no other nutrients. (Refined, or processed, sugar is added sugar, as opposed to those that occur naturally in, for example, fruit and milk; they come alongside folate, calcium, fiber, Vitamin A and other nutrients.)

According to Barry Popkin, nutrition professor at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, “Americans consume up to one-fourth of their energy from added sugar. Either this added sugar is in the form of empty calories and affects issues such as poor bone density, etc., or it increases total energy,” and therefore contributes to weight gain. “So my feeling is that this is bad but there is not a lot of evidence for a specific direct linkage of one calorie of sugar to anything.”

In other words, we often eat sugar calories in place of those that carry the good stuff that helps us fight osteoporosis, cancer, etc. Or we eat sugar calories in addition to the nutritional sort and start packing on pounds. But a brownie will not kill you, or even give you dropsy.

However, some doctors (including diet guru Robert Atkins) maintain that refined sugar can be seriously harmful. What to do? Who to believe? Well, even the most sugar-friendly experts recommend replacing many of those empty calories with more nutritious energy vehicles. Soft drinks and commercial cakes, cookies and muffins are the all-stars of the nutritional void, according to the United States Department of Agriculture and many health organizations. But if you bake at home, you can moderate what goes into your treats. It’s not very hard, once you try, to make everybody in your house happy and sneak in all kinds of vitamins and minerals while nobody’s looking.

This moist, tender and unique muffin won raves from my whole family. The peppers are fairly subtle, but they can be omitted if you have kids who don’t like spices.

Spicy Blue-Corn Apple Muffins

Ingredients: (makes 12 muffins)

1 1/4 (one and one-fourth) cup unbleached all-purpose flour
3/4 (three-fourths) cup whole-grain blue cornmeal
3/4 (three-fourths) teaspoon baking soda
1/4 (one-fourth) teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
1/2 (one-half) teaspoon nutmeg
1 pepper, such as habanero or jalapeño, with pods removed and finely chopped in food processor
1 large egg
1/2 (one-half) cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 (one-third) cup 1 percent milk
1/3 (one-third) cup thawed apple-juice concentrate
1/2 (one-half) cup tart apples (Granny Smith and Golden Delicious are in season year-round
2 large, very ripe mashed bananas

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 12-muffin tin. Sift together flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and chipotle. In separate bowl, beat egg. Mix in milk, yogurt and concentrate. Add mashed bananas, apples and pepper. Mix egg mixture into flour mixture, using as few strokes as necessary. Immediately spoon batter into muffin tins.

Understand where your Money goes - Keep on Track!

It is important to have an understanding of where you spend your money and how you could improve your saving and master your spending habits. The best thing is to keep a journal where you can see your successes and expenses. This can be a bit challenging and takes time to learn, but it’s well worth it.

By keeping a list of the ways you have saved money in front of you, you will be more encouraged to keep going. These successes can be small or large. You can then also compare with the budget and plans you have made earlier.

If you are in line, congratulations!
If not, you may have to do an analyses where you got astray.

For example, if you normally buy your lunch, costing you from $5.00 to $7.00 per day and one week straight you packed your own lunch for $3.00 per day that is a success. If you wanted to buy a new pair of shoes, but held off until it went on sale, saving 50%, that is another success.

Saving money requires some investigative skills, desire, determination and creativity. Once you get into the habit of saving money, you will feel much better about yourself and enjoy life even more without debt hanging over your head!

OK, go and compare the figures, do some fine tuning and keep on track. In case you did not write down your bills and savings, just start as per today. Do not go back to do things again, but stick to it from now on. This is the way to success, also with little things and steps.

If you honestly want to get on track, organize your spendings and goals much better and even become a motivated and debt free person again, then I recommend you “Goals On Track” which offers:

- Organize and manage your goals
- Create action plans
- Manage your daily tasks
- Track your time, work less and achieve more
- Keep a journal for your goals
- Review and measure progress
- And much more, including a great eBook & Video collection
